Meet the Founder

David Nicole

Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, David has 20+ years of business experience, the majority in leadership roles. He has served as a volunteer, staff member, Vice President, Interim President & CEO, President & CEO, and Board Member for numerous nonprofit organizations.

David wants to see organizations make a real difference in the lives of the individuals they serve. He believes in order to achieve true community change, organizations need to work with the community and must operate effectively and efficiently.
